Kylie Kelce, Travis’ sister-in-law has made her support for his relationship with Taylor Swift clear, stating to reporters: “If Trav is happy, we’re happy.”
Travis and Taylor, both 34, have been dating since last year and they confirmed their relationship to the public in September. Regularly in the stands cheering on Travis and the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium, Taylor has already become a devout supporter.
Tight end Travis has played a major role in leading the Chiefs to three wins at the Super Bowl in the past five years. Taylor was there in the crowd celebrating their recent win in February in Las Vegas, where they defeated the San Francisco 49ers 25-22 in overtime to clinch Super Bowl LVIII.
Their relationship has gripped fans’ attention over the past year, leaving many wondering if it will last. Taylor has previously dated or been linked to a number of famous figures, including John Mayer, Jake Gyllenhaal, Harry Styles, Calvin Harris, Tom Hiddleston, and Joe Alwyn.
But it seems that Travis might be ‘the one’ for Taylor, and his sister-in-law Kylie is rooting for them. Kylie is married to Jason, Travis’s older brother and a former center for the Philadelphia Eagles, who recently retired following an impressive NFL career.
During her appearance on Today, Kylie talked about Travis’ relationship with Taylor and said: “Ultimately if Trav is happy, we’re happy. We are always cheering on Uncle Trav. It’s such a treat to be able to do that on and off the field. But it’s been amazing.”
After the Chiefs defeated the Baltimore Ravens 17-10 to clinch the AFC Championship in January, Travis wasn’t shy to show his affection for Taylor, he was heard saying on the field: “I love you.”

In a press conference before Super Bowl LVIII, he was asked why their relationship fascinated people. He said: “I think the values that we stand for. Who we are as people. We love to shine light on others, shine light around the people that help and support us… I feel like we both have just a love for life.”
While some rumours fly about an engagement and children, ahead of Super Bowl LVIII, Travis denied this by saying: “I’m focused on getting this (Super Bowl) ring. That’s all my mind is focused on right now.”
Jason has hung up his football boots, but Travis is set on winning more with the Chiefs. With Patrick Mahomes leading as quarterback, Kansas City wants to do something no NFL team has done before – win three Super Bowl games in a row.
Taylor Swift, who wins lots of music awards, is busy with her own work too. Her latest album, “The Tortured Poets Department”, comes out on April 19.
