San Francisco 49ers running back and Olivia Culpo are in the middle of planning their wedding after getting engaged last April.

There are dozens of details that go into tying the knot, ramped up by McCaffrey and Culpo’s celebrity status as individuals, and as a couple.

On Saturday, Culpo revealed in a social-media query what has been the most difficult thing about planning her big day with one of the best running backs in the NFL.

‘Guest list is by FAR the hardest part,’ Culpo said on Instagram. ‘A lot of venues have restrictions on # (number) of ppl (people).’

Looks like Culpo and McCaffrey are looking for a large wedding venue.

Culpo and McCaffrey have been dating since 2019, when the running back played in Carolina

The couple has been going strong since, with Culpo in attendance at this year’s Super Bowl

Having a large contingent of 49ers and San Francisco WAGs is sure to balloon any wedding guest list.

Culpo has publicly shown thanks to Kristin Juszczyk and Claire Kittle, the wives of 49ers stars Kyle Juszczyk and George Kittle, for helping her have a relationship in the football landscape.

No details as to when McCaffrey and Culpo will tie the knot are known publicly, but most NFL players get married between March and June, when no team activities are scheduled.

The Super Bowl has taken place in early February every year since 2002, while mini camps traditionally start in mid-July.

Culpo also revealed on Instagram the thing she is looking forward to most about her wedding: ‘Marrying my best friend!!!!!’

The 49ers are counting on new defensive coordinator Nick Sorensen to get the unit back to dominance

Now they’re counting on the internal promotion of Nick Sorensen into that role — with a dose of outside perspective from former Chargers head coach Brandon Staley — to get the Niners back to performing at a dominant level defensively after taking a little step back last season. “We all know the standard here and we all want to win, we all want to play great defense and that’s the expectation,” Sorensen said Friday in his first public remarks since being hired earlier this offseason. The 49ers didn’t reach that standard last season under Wilks that had been set under previous coordinators Robert Saleh and DeMeco Ryans, especially in the playoffs when they got gashed on the ground against Green Bay and Detroit and then wilted late in a Super Bowl loss to Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs.
